Public Gates Open
Event officially opens to the public. Spectators begin arriving. Vendor booths fully operational. Live music entertainment begins on main stage.
Judging Begins
Official judging commences across all categories. Judges evaluate vehicles on condition, originality, presentation, and category-specific criteria. Vehicles must remain in place during judging.
Lunch Break & Free Time
Judging wraps up. Enjoy food from our variety of food trucks and vendors. Browse vendor booths, take photos, network with other enthusiasts, and explore the show.
People's Choice Voting
Spectator voting opens for People's Choice award. Cast your vote for your favorite vehicle! Raffle ticket sales continue. Special guest speakers and demonstrations.
Awards Ceremony
The main event! Winners announced in all categories. Trophies and prizes distributed. People's Choice winner revealed. Raffle prize drawings. Photo opportunities with awards.
Event Concludes
