Looking Ahead to 2027: Building Something Bigger Together at Monadnock Area Cars & Culture
If there’s one thing we’ve learned last few months, it’s this—what starts as a simple idea can grow into something truly special when a community gets behind it.
Monadnock Area Cars & Culture has never been just a car show. It’s been a place where people come together, families spend time outside, kids discover something new, and lifelong car, bike, and truck lovers get to share their passion with others who understand it.
And now, even before the dust has fully settled, we’re already looking ahead.
Mark your calendars—Monadnock Area Cars & Culture will return the weekend of May 15th–16th, 2027.
And if we’re being honest, we’re not thinking small.
More Than a Car Show
Every year, this event becomes a reflection of the people who show up and make it what it is. That’s what makes it unique. It’s not built by one person or even one team—it’s shaped by a whole community.
When you walk through the show, you can feel it. Conversations happening between strangers. Kids pointing at cars they’ve never seen before. Families laughing, vendors connecting, engines turning over, and cameras clicking.
It’s energy. And it’s real.
A Fun Look Back
If you were at our last show, you know things don’t stay predictable for long.
We’ve had everything from a monster truck towering over the field to race cars that stopped people in their tracks. There have been moments where kids ran straight toward Ribby, lined up for face painting, or spun around with balloons in hand like it was the best day of their week.
And of course, there’s always been what brings us all together at the core—rows of cars, trucks, and bikes, each with a story, each with an owner who’s proud to share it.
Those moments are what we carry forward.
Building 2027 Starts Now
Here’s the truth—not a single one of those experiences happens without people stepping up to make it happen.
That’s why planning for 2027 isn’t something we’re putting off. It’s already beginning, and we’re opening the door for others to be part of it from the ground up.
We’re currently looking for:
- Volunteers who want to lend their time and be part of something positive
- Steering Committee members who want a voice in shaping the direction of the show
- Sponsors and partners who believe in supporting community-driven events
- Vendors who want to bring their business into a high-energy, family-friendly space
Whether you’ve helped before or you’ve been quietly thinking, “I’d love to get involved someday,” that day might be closer than you think.
Why It Matters
Events like this don’t just happen—they grow out of intention, effort, and a shared belief that bringing people together still matters.
In a world where so much happens behind screens, something is refreshing about standing in a field, hearing engines rumble, watching kids laugh, and realizing that community is still alive and well—right here in the Monadnock region.
That’s what Cars & Culture is about.
Your Invitation
As we start building toward 2027, we’re keeping one thing front and center: this event belongs to the community that shows up for it.
If you’ve got ideas, creativity, experience—or just a willingness to jump in and help—there’s a place for you here.
Because the best part about what we’re building…
is that we’re building it together.
